What I wanted was some definition to my face without wearing makeup. I am almost completely colourless – too pale. I was afraid That with my extreme lack of pigment it would be easy to do colours too dark which would look unnatural. My eyebrows also were becoming shorter and shorter as a symptom of hypothyroidism.

Karen has done my brows, eyeliner and lip liner. It has allowed me to stop wearing eye makeup (since I am allergic to almost all of it). I was terrified that it would be painful but Karen is very skillful and patient to make it almost completely painless.
