Permanent Make-up procedures are performed at the beauty boutique in Spruce Grove for clients from Edmonton, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Sherwood Park, Leduc, St. Albert, Fort McMurray and all over the province of Alberta.
Permanent Make-Up Eyebrow Procedure
For over 15years, I have specialized in and love color correcting brows using the Softap hand method.
Ladies…toss your pencils!
End the daily frustration of attempting to draw on evenly shaped brows with the hope that they won’t smear off during the day! Permanent brows look much more natural than penciled-on eyebrows.
There are 3 methods to choose from: Soft Fill, Feathered Brows and the semi permanent Microblading.
You and I choose together the color, shape and which method or combination to ensure you get what you want.
Permanent Make-Up Eyeliner Procedure
This is a must for women who are allergic to conventional cosmetics, wear contact lenses, have poor eyesight or shakey hands!
Varied effects such as smudgy, soft, defined or dramatic Look can be achieved.
All eyeliner procedures include an eyelash enhancement. This means the color is in the lash line to ensure you do not have a floating eyeliner and that your lashes will look thicker at the base of the lash line.
Permanent Make-Up Lip Liner Procedure
Lip liner can either enhance the beauty of well shaped lips or Re-shape lips.
Permanent lip color can correct asymmetry, define and correct a fading lip line, add definition and fullness, enlarge thin lips and minimize the appearance of large lips.

Is Permanent Make-Up Really Permanent?
Technically, permanent cosmetic procedures are considered permanent because the color is implanted into the dermal layer. However, natural fading can occur and require touch ups in 2 to 5 years. The sun is the greatest villain to colors fading so always use an SPF sun block of at least 20 or wear sunglasses.
Tip: For eyebrows, you can simply use an SPF sunblock tube for lips and just wipe over brows before sun exposure – quick and easy to ensure lasting results!
What happens to my permanent make-up as I get older?
The colors of your permanent make-up will slowly fade over time. You will still have color as the pigment will always be there, only softer. I strongly recommend using a sun block of at least 30 SPF on the areas you have pigmented. The advantage to the slow fading is that as you age you may want the color to be softer than what you had a few years back. If desired, you can come in for a maintenance color enhancement.
Softap® Hand Stylus System
For the most reliable and best results, I’ve selected the Softap™ Pigments and disposable hand stylus system, as well as, the Genuline system for hairstrokes and microblading.
Softap™ is the easiest and gentlest way to implant micropigment color into the skin. The system is designed to provide maximum comfort, fast healing, complete control and little or no touch ups. Also, this method is the only method that allows the removal of color as well, using a dry brushing technique.
The traditional tattoo coil machines or rotary/digital tools cause more trauma to the skin, make loud and buzzing noises and do not allow the technician as much control over where the color is to be deposited.
The Softap™ method offers minimal swelling and no or minimal bleeding. Topical anesthetics are applied to pre-numb the area first and then we numb as we go, for greater ease and patient comfort.
